Your business runs on work nobody should be doing by hand.

I’m Naveen, an engineer based in Aberdeen. I build systems that take the admin off small teams. Enquiries sitting unseen until morning, the same data typed into three places, the follow-up nobody got round to. Then I show you the hours back, in numbers you can check.

The problem

Nothing is broken. That’s exactly why it stays.

Manual work rarely fails loudly. It just quietly takes an afternoon a week, every week, until it’s normal. These are the three shapes it usually takes.

01

The same thing typed twice

An enquiry arrives by email, gets re-typed into a spreadsheet, then again into the quote, then again into the invoice. Four copies of one fact.

02

The answer that lives in someone's head

Every question routes through one person, because only they know where the file is. When they're on holiday, the week slows down.

03

The follow-up nobody sent

Leads, invoices, renewals. Everyone knows they should be chased. Chasing is the first thing to fall off a busy day.

What I build

Four kinds of system. Nothing speculative.

A · Most common

Workflow automation

The joins between your tools, made automatic. Enquiry to CRM to quote to invoice to follow-up, without anyone re-typing a thing.

  • CRM sync
  • Quote & invoice flow
  • Lead routing
  • Scheduled reports
B

Assistants that read your files

An assistant trained on your own documents, contracts and procedures. Staff ask in plain English; it answers with a citation to the source page.

  • Document search
  • Policy Q&A
  • Onboarding help
  • Cited answers
C

The front desk that never sleeps

Chat and voice that answer the common questions, qualify who's worth your time, and book the ones that are straight into your calendar.

  • Website chat
  • Call answering
  • Qualification
  • Booking
D

Small internal tools

The thing your team currently does in a shared spreadsheet, built properly. One screen, one job, no training day required.

  • Trackers
  • Dashboards
  • Approvals
  • Data cleanup
The arithmetic

The case is usually just multiplication.

Move the sliders to your own situation. No email required, nothing sent anywhere. It’s working out in your browser.

How it works

Four steps, in this order, every time.

01

Diagnostic

Two sessions and a look at how the work actually flows. You get a written map of where the hours go and what's worth fixing. Fixed fee, credited in full against the build.

02

Roadmap

What gets built, in what order, with the expected hours back on each item. You can stop here and hand it to anyone. It's yours.

03

Build

Delivered in working pieces, not one big reveal. You see something running inside the first fortnight and every fortnight after.

04

Run

Hosted, monitored and maintained. When something upstream changes, I fix it before you notice. Monthly, cancel whenever.

If the diagnostic doesn’t find five hours a week, it’s free.

I’d rather refund a diagnostic than build something that doesn’t earn its keep. In practice I’ve never seen a business of any size where it wasn’t there, but the risk should sit with me, not you.

Fit

Worth being straight about this.

Good fit

  • Three to two hundred people, with real volume moving through the business
  • Someone in the room who can say yes without a committee
  • A process that's genuinely repetitive, even if it's messy
  • You'd rather see one thing working than a deck about ten things

Not a fit

  • You want AI mentioned on the website more than you want work removed
  • Nobody can spare two hours to explain how the work currently runs
  • You're looking for the cheapest quote rather than the right scope
  • The work changes every time, so there's no pattern to build against
Start
